Now is the time

I spent a lot of time pondering the saying "wounded people wound people." I used to wonder if the opposite might be true, that  "healed people heal people." These days I know that both are true. 

Knowing ourselves, and understanding how all of our parts work together makes it possible to learn to be in balance. When we can assemble all of our parts, we can become whole. 

I would love to life a life surrounded by people who are balanced, whole and conscious.

I am happy to help you by giving you what tools I have to give , and then see you off on your journey. 

I also am happy to build a connection with you and bear witness along the way over time. Our connection as mentor and student is ours to create. 

I am here to help people to live fulfilled lives, and I am also here to support my clients as their lives wind down and they are preparing for the end of life. 

Sessions are $115 an hour and payment is due at the time of service. I am happy to offer sliding scale, please feel free to talk it over with me.
